Betty Flagg is the office manager. She participates in the areas of accounting, finance, personnel, and general office administration.

Jenny Lindberg is the staff receptionist. She is the first person greeting all persons calling or contacting our offices. She directs all incoming calls to the appropriate staff.

Patty Metcalf does intake interviews of asbestos clients. She obtains medical, radiology, and pathology records and reports. She often acts as a liaison between the client and the client's medical provider to ensure that the firm's need for good medical documentation never overrides a client's need for quality and compassionate care.

Cathy Wasson is a paralegal for Conard Metcalf. She assists attorneys and clients in preparing their cases for trial and for resolution.

Paula Heeren is the Asbestos Records and Information Manager. She coordinates the ordering, tracking and filing of the voluminous amounts of records necessary for clients’ cases, and asbestos litigation in general.
