Other Cancers
In limited circumstances, there is an association between asbestos exposure and cancers of the digestive tract (such as esophageal, laryngeal, kidney, stomach, and colon-rectum cancers). The association of these diseases and asbestos exposure is not as widely accepted as with mesothelioma and lung cancers.
